Heytesbury Lane Mews Garden

My own personal project, these two courtyard gardens are bursting with some of my favourite trees and plants. I wanted to create an eclectic feel, and for both the spaces to be havens of calm.  There is very little flower evident, preferring a play on foliage and texture.

As the garden has evolved the emphasis is now on the tree canopy which is especially dramatic when viewed from the upper deck. I worked closely with Interior Architect, Maria McVeigh, to frame the courtyards. A concrete and glass extension to the front and a formed concrete and glass office to the rear.
